• In the event of serious weather conditions or a disaster that leads to the closing of school, we will provide information to students and parents using the following methods:

    Television Stations:
    Local Channel 4 (    Fox 4)
    Local Channel 5 (    KXAS)
    Local Channel 8 (    WFAA)
     
    If Santo ISD is not included in the reports on the above stations and no message is visible on the District’s website, school will be held as usual. Every effort will be made to make bad weather decisions by 6:30 a.m.
     
    School Website
    A message will be posted on the homepage of this website. This is the best place to look for closings and updated information.
     
    School Messenger
    Parents will be notified by automated phone call and email about inclement weather closings/delays. However, this system uses the information you provided to us at the beginning of the year (phone numbers, emails), so please be sure that we have your most recent contact information in our Student Management System database.
     
    Marquee
    If road conditions allow, school personnel will post bad weather information on the marquee. However, do not rely on the marquee as your only means of information.
