Palo Pinto County Appraisal District           Erath County Appraisal District

Determine if your home is in Palo Pinto County or Erath County. Log onto the appropriate appraisal district website.

1.  Search by Property Address. We suggest entering the street/road name only the first time, then searching for the house number.
2. Find your home address and click on the account number to the left of your address.
3. On the next screen, scroll down to the bottom to see School District your address is paying taxes to.
4. If it lists Santo ISD, you are in our district and eligible to enroll.

In order to be considered for transfer to Santo ISD, new students must submit a completed application and all required documentation to the campus office by June 15th for Semester 1 and December 1st for Semester 2. Students with continuing transfer status (renewals) must submit the application by May 1st.

Guidelines for Acceptance of new and renewal transfer applications are based on an established criteria of: Discipline; Class size/Overload; Attendance; Academic Performance; Academic Achievement; Code of Conduct; Falsifying Documentation & Campus Principal's discretion.

At the time of enrollment, the enrolling individual must bring:

• student's birth certificate
• student's Social Security Card
• student's shot record/immunization record
• withdrawal form from previous school (if possible)
• proof of residency (lease agreement, water bill, electrical bill, property tax statement with your address/name) in the enrolling individual's name
• current driver's license for enrolling individual

Students who are 4 years old as of September 1 of the school year.

At the time of enrollment, the enrolling individual must bring:

• student's birth certificate
• student's Social Security Card

• current driver's license for enrolling individual
• and also fill out a PK Qualification Form

Santo ISD has a tuition-free PK program and accepts students in the following order, as class sizes permit:

1. In-District Qualifiers
2. In-District Non-Qualifiers
3. Transfer Students

Yes! Our PK & KG Roundup is held in early April each year. Our full-day PK class serves 4-year-old students.
