Immunization Information

Enrollment Information

Students wishing to enroll in Santo ISD must bring the following at the time of enrollment:

• birth certificate
• Social Security card
• shot record
• withdrawal form from previous school (if possible)

and must be able to prove residency within the district. A parent or guardian must be present at the time of enrollment.

Withdrawal Information

Students wishing to withdraw from Santo ISD must

• turn in all textbooks and pay any assessed fines, if necessary
• take care of all school-related fees including the library, cafeteria, athletics, organizations, etc.
• turn in any school-supplied equipment such as uniforms or band instruments
• complete a withdrawal form
